The High Elves were once the greatest and most powerful race in the whole world and their actions shaped history. Now the High Elves are a race in its twilight; long and bitter wars have ravaged their once great empire and the High Elf race has begun to dwindle.

It is an age of war. The servants of Chaos grow with strength, their armies grow in numbers. There is not one land in the Old World where battling forces of darkness dare not set foot, threatening the existance of Elves, Men, and Dwarfs alike. The sacred isles of Ulthuan face increasing numbers of raids from the treacherous Dark Elves and their allies. Yet the proud and noble Asur will not dispair,  nor leave their lands undefended. In answer to the commands of the Phoenix King, The Silver Dawn guards and protects the majestic lands of the Asur. A brave band of warriors and mages, they will not give in to defeat. Indeed, their campaign takes them to lands seldom visited by the Asur of old; to the Empire, and even the lands of the Dwarfs, with which they share a history stained with grudges and tragedy. Wherever the hand of evil reaches, The Silver Dawn will be found, striving to bring about an end to the horrors of these dark days.
